UNA Knife Skills Workshop
In this hands-on cooking workshop, participants will learn basic knife skills and practice fundamental cuts: dice, julienne, brunoise, and chiffonade. Chef Ray Nichols will go over knife maintenance to keep knives sharp and increase their lifespan. After mastering the basics, Chef Ray will create a meal that highlights the knife skills participants were taught. If you were to take just one cooking class in your life, this should be it.
