Join us for our first annual Fall Harvest Supper, presented by The Factory Café with chef Ray Nichols. Highlighting heritage-breed pork from Bear Creek Farm and organic fall vegetables and fare from Bluewater Creek Farm, Hines Family Farm, Sonlit Meadows Farm, and  St. Florian Fiber Farm.

Meet our Farmers

Bluewater Creek Farm is a family-owned sustainable farm in nearby Killen, Alabama. Bluewater Creek’s mission is to produce nutrient dense, clean food in a sustainable way, using farming practices that work with nature. The farm grows a variety of non-GMO vegetables, including many heirloom varieties, and they do not use chemical pesticides or herbicides.

They also offer pasture-raised eggs from chickens raised without hormones or antibiotics and fed on a corn-free, soy-free, non GMO diet. The Davises are also working to increase the community’s access to grass-fed beef and heritage pork. Bluewater Creek Farm believes in conservation of heritage breeds, to ensure genetic diversity and produce a more sustainable agricultural system.
